Objective ： To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction and its seperated decoction on JNK1 mRNA of atheroselerosis vascular smooth muscle cells. Methods ：The atherosclerosis model rabbits were prepared by fed high cholesterol diet, used the method of hybridization in situ to deteet the expression of JNK1 mRNA.
