目的：研究壮骨镇痛胶囊对高转移人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞骨架蛋白p-Ezrin、F-actin和β-tubulin表达水平的影响。方法：RT-PCR法检测不同浓度壮骨镇痛胶囊含药血浆对MDA-MB-231细胞p-Ezrin基因转录水平的影响,免疫细胞化学法检测其对MDA-MB-231细胞p-Ezrin、F-actin和β-tubulin翻译水平的影响。结果：5.0%、1.25%壮骨镇痛胶囊含药血浆显著抑制了MDA-MB-231细胞p-Ezrin基因的转录（P值分别为0.000和0.042）和翻译（P值分别为0.000和0.001）,抑制了F-actin（5.0%和1.25%的P值分别为0.003和0.044）和β-tubulin（5.0%和1.25%的P值均为0.000）蛋白表达;0.63%壮骨镇痛胶囊含药血浆反而促进了p-Ezrin...

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsules (ZZC) on the expression of cytoskeletal proteins such as phos-Ezrin, F-actin and β-tubulin of breast cancer cell lines MDA-MB-231 in vitro.
