Aim: To explore the effects of sitai tablet on blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar and insulin of rats with insulin resistance syndrome(IRS). Methods: A total of 40 male clean SD rats were divided into normal control group, model group, sitai group and captopril group by randomized block design. The rats were fed with high-fat high sugar diet for 8 weeks to induce IRS. 目的:探讨复方中药四泰片对胰岛素抵抗综合征(insulin resistance syndrome,IRS)大鼠、血压、血脂、血糖、胰岛素的影响.方法:选用清洁级雄性SD大鼠40只,按随机区组设计分为正常对照组、模型组、四泰片组、卡托普利组4组.采用高糖高脂饲料喂养大鼠8周,造成IRS大鼠模型,观察四泰片对IRS大鼠血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感性指数(insulin sensitivityindex,ISI)的影响.结果:治疗后四泰片组、卡托普利组大鼠收缩压[(128±4),(110±2)mm Hg,(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)]与治疗前[(158±8),(157±7)mm Hg]和模型组[(165±6)mm Hg]比较,差异具有显著性意义(t=11.86～28.99,P
