良好的中医医患沟通是解决纠纷、建立和谐中医医患关系的关键。中医门诊医患沟通是典型的机构性会话。以自然的中医门诊医患会话为语料，用会话分析的研究方法，从中医门诊医患会话的序列结构特征、话轮转换特征、相邻对子的选择、医学信息传递方式四个方面探寻影响中医门诊医患沟通的障碍点，提出可以排除沟通障碍的中医门诊医患会话策略。
