近年来,我国职业教育发展迅速,规模不断扩大,质量总体提升,但是职业教育在其公平属性方面仍然有较大发展空间。职业教育的公平性和社会秩序的公平有着重要联系,教育工作者应当从职业教育的公平性内涵出发,研究其价值所在,同时还应当深入分析提升职业教育公平性提升的路径,进一步优化职业教育资源配置,改善配置不均衡的情况。

In recent years,vocational education in China has developed rapidly,its scale has been expanding and its quality has been improved in general.However,there is still much room for development of Vocational Education in terms of its fairness.The fairness of vocational education is closely related to the fairness of social order.Educators should start from the connotation of fairness of vocational education and study its value.At the same time,they should deeply analyze the ways to improve the fairness of Vocational education,further optimize the allocation of resources o...
