Meta-analysis for the Efficacy and Safety of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:系统评价针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普（VIP）、PubMed、Cochrane Library等数据库中有关针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的随机对照试验（RCT）文献,检索时间为2017年1月1日至2019年10月29日;并采用Review Manager 5.3软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入23篇文献,总计1844例患者,试验组928例,对照组916例。Meta分析结果显示,在改善总有效率（OR=3.48,95%CI=[2.55,4.76],P < 0.000 01）,VAS评分（MD=-2.27,95%CI=[-2.87,-1.67],P < 0.000 01）,WOMAC评分（MD=-14.55,95%CI=[-18.67,-10.43],P < 0.000 01）等方面,试验组优于对照组。结论:...
