目的:观察祛瘀生肌洗方联合负压封闭引流技术（VSD）治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法:将57例臁疮患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组29例,对照组为28例,对照组予以负压封闭引流技术,治疗组在对照组的基础上加予祛瘀生肌洗方行中药熏洗,两组治疗时间均为3个月,比较两组的临床疗效、主观症状指标评分、客观症状指标评分。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P
