Objective To optimize the technology of extraction flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba L. leaf. Methods Content of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba L. Leaf as evaluation indexes , to examine factors such as ethanol con- centration, leaching temperature, leaching solvent pH, solid- liquid ratio. The best target was selected by orthogo- nal test.
