[目的]探讨老年乳腺癌病理特点.[方法]回顾分析 48例 65岁以上老年女性乳腺癌患者雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)、人表皮生长因子受体2 (C-erbB-2)、P53、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移等预后因子, 以同期 69例65岁以下非老年女性乳腺癌患者作为对照组.[结果]65岁以上老年组乳腺癌 ER(+)、PR(+)较非老年组乳腺癌有较高的表达,差异有显著性(P

[Objective]To explore the pathological features of breast cancer in senile women. [Methods] Forty eight cases of breast cancer in women aged over 65 years old were analyzed retrospectively. Sixty nine cases of breast cancer in women aged below 65 years old were selected as the control group.
