目的：比较芳香化湿药挥发油与水溶液作用的差异。方法：将８味芳香化湿药的挥发油部分与水溶液部分灌胃大鼠，观察对动物胃液分泌、胃粘膜血流量（ＧＭＢＦ）、胃泌素及胃粘膜氧自由基活性的影响。结果与结论：８味药物挥发油部分对上述指标的影响在总体上与水溶液的作用基本相当。部分挥发油获取率较高的药物，其 油部分在增加胃液分泌及ＧＭＢＦ方面的作用较水溶液更明显。

OBJECTIVE: To compare the pharmacological differences between volatile oil and water extract in eight aromatic drugs for resolving dampness. METHOD: Volatile oil and water extract of eight commonly used aromatic drugs for resolving dampness were ig administered to rats respectively, and the effects of volatile oil and water extract on the secretion of gastric juice, volume of gastric mucous blood flow and activity of SOD in gastric mucous membrane were studied.
