目的:测定四倍体白芷药材中欧前胡素的含量,并与原二倍体白芷相比较.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Nova-pak 4.6 mm×200 mm ,5 μm,流动相乙腈-水,流速1 mL*min-1,检测波长248 nm,柱温25 ℃.结果:四倍体白芷药材中欧前胡素含量达0.46%,二倍体对照药材仅为0.225%,含量增加了104.4%.结论:人工四倍体白芷主要有效成分含量成倍提高.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of imperatorin in the tetraploidy radix angelicae dahuricae, and compare it with the original diplontic varites. METHOD: The chromatographic method was carried out on Nova-pak (4.6 mm x 200 mm, 5 microns) column with acetonitrile-water solution as a mobile phase.
