目的：观察补阳还五汤对脑卒中后抑郁大鼠行为学的影响。方法选择雄性SD大鼠，根据旷场试验基线值，选择评分相近的60只大鼠随机分为假手术组、卒中组、PSD组、补阳还五汤组、氟西汀组，共5组，每组12只。采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立永久性局灶性脑缺血模型结合CUMS及孤养的方法复制PSD模型。通过体重测量、神经功能评分、糖水消耗实验、旷场实验等指标观察各组大鼠行为学变化。结果与假手术组、卒中组比较， PSD组大鼠体重和糖水消耗量降低、旷场实验自发活动下降、神经功能缺损加重（ P＜0．05或P＜0．01）；与PSD组比较，补阳还五汤组和氟西汀组均能增加大鼠体重、糖水消耗量及自发行为，改善其...
