目的:分析安宫止血丸防治人工流产后子宫出血及对子宫复旧效果。方法:选取本院2018年10月—2019年12月收治的实施人工流产术者200例,随机分为安宫组与优思组,其中安宫组(100例)采用安宫止血丸治疗,优思组(100例)采用优思明治疗。观察两组人工流产后阴道出血量、出血时间、月经复潮时间,比较治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫三径、子宫内膜血流动力学变化、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)变化及流产后并发症和不良反应情况。结果:治疗后安宫组阴道出血量(129.8±28.7ml)、出血时间(7.0±1.3d)、月经复潮时间(27.8±8.2d)均低于优思组(P
