Chronic hypoxia promoted Breg cells differentiation in the early stage of HPH, which significantly decreased in the late stage. Insufficient Breg cells exacerbated pulmonary vascular remodelling and dysregulated Tfh/Tfr cells in HPH. Adoptive transfer of Breg cells ameliorated pulmonary vascular remodelling and dysregulated Tfh/Tfr cells in HPH.
