目的:探讨综合疗法治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎的作用机理及临床疗效.方法:将90例常年性鼻炎患者随机分为3组,分别采用中药+局部治疗+灸疗(1组)、西药+局部治疗+灸疗(2组)、局部治疗+灸疗(3组),观察3组治疗前后症状与实验室指标变化.结果:近期疗效(治疗结束后1周内)1组总有效率为70%,2组为73%,3组为40%;中期疗效(疗程结束后4～5周内)1组总有效率为60%,2组为30%,3组为23.3%,差异显著(P

Objective： To discuss the mechanism of action and clinical effect on perennial allergic rhinitis treated with combining therapy. Method： 90 cases randomly divided into three groups.
