目的:优选复方消炎贴醇提工艺。方法:采用正交设计,以栀子苷及浸膏得率为指标,选取L9（34）正交表,优化提取工艺中加醇量、提取时间、浸泡时间3个因素。结果:浸泡30min,加70%乙醇8倍、6倍提取2次,提取时间分别为1.5h、1h为最佳工艺。结论:该提取工艺可为其制剂生产工艺提供参考。

Objective ：To optimize the ethanol extraction process for compound anti -inflammatory patch. Methods：An orthogonal design （using L9 （34） orthogonal array） was used to investigate the effects of ethanol volume, extraction time, and soaking time on the yields of geniposide and extract.
