Preventive effect of Zuojin pills on stress - induced gastric ulcer in rats： an experimental study

目的：探讨左金丸对因束缚一水浸应激引起的大鼠应激性胃溃疡的影响，并初步探讨其作用机制。方法：将60只健康SD雄性大鼠随机分为6组，即空白对照组，模型对照组，阳性对照组，左金丸低、中、高剂量组，每组10只。各组预防性给药，空白对照组和模型对照大鼠均灌胃生理盐水，其余4组分别灌胃奥美拉唑水悬液，左金丸低、中、高剂量水煎剂。连续灌胃5d。末次给药后禁食不禁水24h，除空白对照组外，其余组均采用“束缚一水浸”应激法制备大鼠应激性胃溃疡模型。造模成功后进行胃体形态学观察，测量胃液PH值，计算胃溃疡指数（UI），并用酶联免疫法检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）以及丙二醛（MDA）...
