目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸对小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平的影响.方法:选用BALB/c裸鼠作为免疫缺陷动物模型,将50只裸鼠随机分为卡介菌多糖核酸高、中、低剂量组,阳性药物组和裸鼠正常对照组,另选用10只正常小鼠作为空白对照组.观察卡介菌多糖核酸对小鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平的影响.结果:卡介菌多糖核酸高、中剂量组和阳性药物组均能明显提高裸鼠血清IL-2的水平(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；卡介菌多糖核酸高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组均能显著提高裸鼠血清IFN-γ的水平(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论:卡介菌多糖核酸可以提高裸鼠血清IL-2、IFN-γ的表达水平,通过增强其表达提高裸鼠的免疫功能.

Objective：To investigate the effects of BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid（PSN） on serum interleukin（IL）-2 and interferon（IFN）-γ levels in mice.Methods：BALB /c nude mice were selected as an animal model of immunodeficiency.Fifty nude mice were randomly divided into high-dose,middle-dose,and low-dose BCG-PSN groups,positive medicine group,and normal control group;10 normal mice were used as a blank control group.The effects of BCG-PSN on serum IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in mice were observed.Results：After treatment,the high-dose and middle-do...
