从3个方面阐述中医辨治年龄相关性黄斑变性的优势,即病证结合、整体辨治；局部辨析、对症用药；安全有效、缓缓图治.辨治分3型:脾气亏虚治以健脾益气、利湿化浊,方用自拟健脾化痰饮；肝肾不足治以补益肝肾、益精明目,方用自拟滋肾明目饮；气阴两虚治以健脾益气、滋肾明目,方用自拟健脾滋肾饮.临证注重预防为主,早期治疗；急则治标,缓则治本；中西医结合,取长补短.

This paper aims to describe the advantages of syndrome differentiation-based traditional Chinese medicine treatment of age-related macular degeneration,e.g.,combining disease and syndrome and holistic syndrome differentiation-based treatment,local differentiation and analysis and symptomatic medication,and safety,effectiveness,and slow treatment.For the syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency,clinical treatment is intended for strengthening the spleen,benefiting qi,promoting diuresis,and eliminating turbid pathogen,so spleen-strengthening and phlegm-e...
