从病因学说与病机理论追溯中医病因病机理论的发展渊源;总结既往中医病因病机理论研究方法主要包括立足继承、注重融会新知,立足传统、借鉴现代科技,立足理论、结合临床实践等三个方面;认为现有的病因病机概念远不能满足新的医学模式转变的需要,研究方法上应结合体质特点及时空背景综合分析,结合时代特点全面探讨,注重"未病"的病因病机研究,注重中医学科研体系的完善,以进一步充实中医学病因病机理论,更好地为临床服务。

This article traces the development origin of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis from the etiology theory and pathogenesis theory.Then it summarizes the research methods in the past traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis theory.That mainly includes three aspects： based on the inheritance and pay attention to synthesize new knowledge,based on the tradition and using modern science and technology,based on the theory and combined with clinical practice.This paper argues that the existing etiology and pathogenes...
