Effects of Shuxin Wenban granules on blood lipids and ICAM - 1 in rabbits with atherosclerosis

目的：观察舒心稳斑颗粒对动脉粥样硬化（AS）兔血脂及ICAM-1的影响。方法：40只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、舒心斑颗粒组及辛伐他汀组，每组10只。对除空白对照组外的其余组大鼠运用高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养12周制备高脂血症合并AS模型，分别灌胃给药治疗。测定并比较各组实验兔血TC、TG、LDL—C、HDL—C、ICAM-1含量并分析ICAM-1在主动脉粥样斑块中的表达量。结果：与高脂模型组比较，舒心稳斑颗粒能明显降低血清TC、TG、LDL—C和ICAM-1的含量，同时也能明显降低ICAM-1在主动脉粥样斑块中的表达，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），对HDL—C的含量影响不明显（P〉0．05）。结...
