Clinical efficacy of five-element music combined with auricular point pressing in treatment of negative emotions in patients with advanced malignant tumors

目的:观察中医五行音乐配合耳穴按压治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪的临床疗效.方法:将72例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用常规治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组基础上给予耳穴按压和五行音乐集体治疗,观察治疗前后焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)、中医证候、KPS、生活质量(QOL)等评分变化.结果:两组SAS、SDS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组中医证候、KPS、QOL评分治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:五行音乐集体治疗配合耳穴按压疗法能缓解中晚期恶性肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,改善其中医证候和生活质量,值得进一步推...
