目的:研究臭牡丹总黄酮体外对培养的人肝癌Hep G2细胞增殖的影响。方法:提取中药臭牡丹的有效成分臭牡丹总黄酮,采用不同浓度分别作用于培养的Hep G2细胞,通过细胞形态学和MTT法检测臭牡丹总黄酮对Hep G2细胞增殖的影响。结果:臭牡丹总黄酮药物浓度在0.025、0.25、2.5、25、250μg/m L时的抑制率分别为5.55%、12.73%、14.84%、62.44%、76.81%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P

Objective ： To study the clerodendrum flavonoids on cultured in vitro proliferation of human hepatoma HepG2 cells.
