Content of resveratrol,emodin,and total flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum combined with Cyrtomium fortunei obtained by two conventional extraction methods： a comparative analysis

目的:检测虎杖配伍贯众两种常规提取法中白藜芦醇、大黄素、总黄酮的含量,比较两种提取方法的含量差异。方法:分别用水提取法、醇提取法对虎杖配伍贯众进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法对白藜芦醇、大黄素、总黄酮进行含量测定。结果:虎杖配伍贯众醇提液中含白藜芦醇8.03%、大黄素13.66%、总黄酮23.74%,水提液中含白藜芦醇6.43%、大黄素11.68%、总黄酮19.54%。结论:醇提取法含量显著高于水提取法,可为探讨二药祛瘀解毒驱铅功效与白藜芦醇、大黄素、总黄酮含量的关系提供研究基础。

Objective： To investigate the content of resveratrol,emodin,and total flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum combined with Cyrtomium fortunei obtained by two conventional extraction methods through a comparative analysis.
