目的:观察前痛宁方对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)模型大鼠前列腺组织细胞因子TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10及β-EP的影响.方法:将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、盐酸坦洛新组和前痛宁方组.对除空白组外的其余3组大鼠行去势手术后于背部皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇法制作CAP模型,各组分别给予相对应的药物干预.检测比较各组前列腺组织TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10及β-EP的含量.结果:模型组大鼠前列腺组织TNF-α、IL-8含量较空白组明显升高(P＜0.01),β-EP含量较空白组明显降低(P＜0.01);盐酸坦洛新组β-EP含量较模型组明显升高(P＜0.01);前痛宁方组TNF-α、IL-8含量均明显低于模型组和盐酸坦洛新组(P＜0.01),I...

Objective： To study the effects of Qiantongning formula on tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,interleukin-8（ IL-8）,interleukin-10（ IL-10）,and β-endorphin（ β-EP） in a rat model of chronic aseptic prostatitis（ CAP）.
