目的:探讨长期食用黄豆对小鼠肠道酶活性的影响,为日常合理用食提供依据。方法:先将小鼠按照年龄分为1月龄（幼年）、6月龄（中年）、9月龄（老年）组,每组再按照随机数字表分为对照组、1/1组、1/2组和1/4组,对照组给予标准饲料喂养,1/1组将基础饲料与黄豆按1/1关系配比而成进行饲养,1/2组将基础饲料与黄豆按照1/2关系配比而成进行饲养,1/4组小鼠按照基础饲料与黄豆比例为1/4进行饲养。4个月后取小鼠肠道内容物进行酶活性检测。结果:1月龄小鼠肠道酶活性与对照组比较后都出现下降的现象（P

Objective： To investigate the influence of long-term consumption of soybean on intestinal enzyme activity in mice,and to provide a basis for reasonable diet.
