目的：观察丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症（EMs）大鼠血清前列腺素E_2（PGE_2）和前列腺素F_2α（PGF_2α）浓度的影响,探讨丹鳖胶囊对子宫内膜异位症治疗作用的机制。方法：建立EMs大鼠模型并将造模成功的大鼠随机分为丹鳖胶囊高剂量组、丹鳖胶囊低剂量组、桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组、模型组、假手术组,每组10只。分别给予丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量药液及桂枝茯苓胶囊混悬液、0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃12d。观察治疗后血PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度的变化。结果：治疗后丹鳖胶囊高、低剂量组和桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于模型组（P〈0.05）;丹鳖胶囊高剂量组PGE_2及PGF_2α浓度低于丹鳖胶囊低剂量组及桂枝茯苓...
