Clinical efficacy of Yangying Tongbi decoction in treatment of stable angina：a report of 22 cases

目的:观察养营通痹汤治疗稳定型心绞痛心气不足、心血瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法:将44例稳定型心绞痛心气不足、心血瘀阻证患者,按照完全随机原则分为2组各22例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加养营通痹汤治疗。观察2组临床疗效及心电图疗效等。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为86.4%,对照组为77.3%;心电图疗效总有效率治疗组为81.8%,对照组为63.6%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P
