Clinical effect of Paisuan Hushen decoction in treatment of uric acid nephropathy： An analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察排酸护肾汤治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例尿酸性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加排酸护肾方超微颗粒治疗,均以2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前后的血尿酸（UA）、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶（UNAG）、尿微量白蛋白（UALB）变化情况,评定综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Paisuan Hushen decoction in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy.
