目的:探讨不同剂量的附子理中汤对失血性低血压大鼠心率及心肌酶的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,附子理中汤高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,除正常组外,其余4组均建立失血性低血压的大鼠模型,采用多通道生理信号采集系统采集全程心率的变化;酶联免疫试剂盒检测天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）的水平,观察不同浓度的附子理中汤对大鼠心率和相关心功能指标的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠心率减缓（P
