目的:观察火针点刺放血对湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠滑膜组织中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的影响,探讨火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制.方法:将32只SD大鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为空白组、模型组、火针组、西药组,于大鼠右踝关节注射0.1mL尿酸钠混悬液建立急性痛风性关节炎模型.火针点刺右踝关节肿胀最高处“阿是穴”,共治疗3次.足容积法测量大鼠右踝关节肿胀度;ELISA法测定大鼠踝关节滑膜组织中IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-β的含量.结果:模型组大鼠踝关节肿胀度,滑膜中IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α的含量较空白组显著升高(P＜0.01);火针组、西药组造模后96h踝关...
