Effect of Sini Ruangan prescription on four liver fibrosis markers,metal matrix proteinase-1,and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 in human hepatic stellate cells cultured in high-concentration acetaldehyde

目的：探讨四逆软肝方对高浓度乙醛培养的人肝星状细胞肝纤四项（CG、HA、LN、PCIII）及基质金属蛋白酶1（MMP-1）、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1（TIMP-1）的影响。方法：采用高浓度乙醛对人肝星状细胞LX-2株造成损伤后,随机分为四逆软肝方、清热解毒化浊片、扶正化瘀片和脱离乙醛4组;经给药24h后搜集各组细胞培养液上清,采用ELISA试剂盒检测肝纤四项及MMP-1、TIMP-1含量。结果：250mmol/L乙醛培养72h,细胞存活率最高;与正常组比,乙醛组CG、HA、LN、MMP-1、TIMP-1差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,PCIII升高（P〈0.01）。与正常组比较，脱离乙醛组CG下降（P〈0．01）、PCIII升高（P〈0．01）；与脱离乙醛...
