目的:建立益气扶正合剂(YQFZHJ)中总皂苷和总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法:采用D101型大孔树脂分离和纯化合剂中总皂苷,以黄芪甲苷为对照品,5％香草醛冰醋酸-高氯酸为显色剂,在450nm波长处测定其含量;总黄酮采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠法显色,以芦丁为对照品,在508nm波长处测定其含量.结果:黄芪甲苷在0.0514 ～0.4626mg范围内线性关系良好(r =0.9993),样品平均回收率99.72％(RSD=1.57％);芦丁在0.228 ～1.14mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),样品平均回收率103.36％(RSD=1.73％).结论:该法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于益气扶正合剂的质量控制.

Objective：To investigate the method for content determination of total saponins and total flavonoids in Yiqi Fuzheng mixture. Methods ： DIO1 macroporous resin was used for the separation and purification of total saponins in the mixture, and the content of total saponins was determined at a wavelength of 450nm, with astragaloside as control and 5% vanilline - glacial acetic acid - perchloric acid as the color - developing agent.
