Preventive effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on deep venous thrombosis in rats: An experimental study

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对大鼠深静脉血栓的预防作用。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分成血府逐瘀汤组、低分子肝素钠组、模型对照组和假手术组,每组予以不同用药,7d后除假手术组行假手术外,其余3组均建立深静脉血栓动物模型。造模术后72h各组均随机取5只大鼠脱颈处死,取股动脉血分离血浆,检测血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂（t-PA）和组织型纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物（PAI）水平;截取下腔静脉及分支静脉结扎段,电子天平称取血栓湿重。造模术后第10天将余下大鼠全部处死,同前方式检测t-PA和PAI水平及其凝血常规[包括血浆凝血酶时间（TT）、血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）]、抗凝血酶Ⅲ（A...
