Clinical effect of Qirong Paidu decoction in treatment of functional constipation with deficiency of both Qi and Yin: An analysis of 35 cases

目的:观察芪蓉排毒汤治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的疗效。方法:将69例气阴两虚型功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组采用芪蓉排毒汤治疗,对照组采用生脉增液通胶囊治疗。观察2组粪便性状、排便间隔、排便时间延长等临床症状评分以评价综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为94. 3%,对照组为85. 3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qirong Paidu decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.
