目的:观察灵芝补肺散结方治疗中晚期气阴两虚型非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效。方法:选择中晚期气阴两虚型NSCLC患者46例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各23例。对照组采用GP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟灵芝补肺散结方治疗,比较2组的近期疗效、生存质量（KPS）评分、中医证候（咳嗽、痰血、胸闷气促、神疲乏力）积分以及生存情况。结果:近期疗效总有效率治疗组为60. 87%（14/23）,对照组为26. 08%（6/23）,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P
