目的:比较我院自制的目安眼膏(阿昔洛韦+蜂蜜)与市售阿昔洛韦眼膏的体外释药特性.方法:将溶出度测定第三法与透析袋法相结合进行体外释药试验,运用紫外分光光度法测定2种制剂中阿昔洛韦含量以计算体外累积释药百分率,比较2种制剂的释药特征.结果:目安眼膏体外释放符合成布尔分布模型,而市售阿昔洛韦眼膏体外释放符合零级动力学模型,T80%分别为(3.156±0.013)、(10.16±0.009)h,Q8h分别为(93.28±0.010)%、(67.85±0.025)%,二者比较差异具有统计学意义.结论:目安眼膏释药速度及释药量均优于市售阿昔洛韦眼膏.

OBJECTIVE： To compare home- made mu＇an- eye- gel（acyclovir plus honey） with commercial aciclovir （ACV） -eye- gel in releasing drug characteristics in vitro.
