OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of ecdysterone in different parts of Radix serratulae. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 with mobile phase of methanol-water at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min(46 ∶ 54,V/V),detection wavelength was 248 nm,column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10 μ l.
