目的 通过对音乐疗法在内镜下逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)护理中的应用,探讨音乐疗法在ERCP中护理的临床意义.方法 将行ERCP术的100例患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例.干预组在术前向患者询问其所喜欢的音乐,在患者进入导管室后给患者播放音乐至手术结束;对照组手术期间不播放音乐.结果 术中,干预组血压、心率低于对照组,而紧张、焦虑情绪均好于对照组.结论 音乐疗法有利于ERCP术的顺利进行.

Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of music therapy in ERCP.
