随着城镇化进程的不断深入,进城务工的劳动力群体日趋庞大,但由于受户籍、经济等种种因素限制,不得不将子女留在农村,以致出现了庞大的农村留守儿童群体。随之而来的即是农村留守儿童人身权益受到侵害的现象日益突出。究其原因,主要是农村留守儿童缺失父母监护、维权意识不强,施害者犯罪成本过低等。故应对的路径可从三方面着手,即构建科学、合理且行之有效的农村留守儿童人身权益的法治保障体系,加大犯罪成本,助力城镇化进程中农村留守儿童人身权益的保护。
