目的 探讨银锌霜联合纳米银抗菌医用敷料促进创面愈合的有效性.方法 观察我院诊治的84例皮外伤患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,实验组42例对其创面应用银锌霜联合纳米银抗菌医用敷料治疗,对照组42例均采用传统方法进行治疗,对比两组愈合时间和治疗有效率.结果 实验组平均愈合时间均短于对照组,且感染概率低于对照组.实验组总有效率为92.8％,显著高于对照组73.8％,差异有统计学意义(P
