在已有研究的基础上,结合湖南省农村地区实际情况,总结了农村老年人机构养老意识不强,基层缺乏专业医养护理人才,尚未建立长效筹资和医养结合管理体系等阻碍湖南省在乡镇卫生院推行医养结合的问题,提出了乡镇卫生院转型为医养结合服务机构、乡镇卫生院增设医养结合服务科室、乡镇卫生院与养老机构合作以及第三方医养结合服务机构4种医养结合服务模式,为农村医养融合发展提供参考。
