目的探讨硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎的效果研究。方法将2018年1~6月在我院内分泌科门诊治疗的80例伴甲状腺肿大及甲状腺功能减退的淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组单用左旋甲状腺素治疗,观察组使用硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺大小。结果观察组治疗有效率为82.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P
