目的:为了比较针刺足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经穴对胃窦平滑肌及0ddi 括约肌组织中缩胆囊素(cholecystokinin,CCK)受体基因表达的影响.方法:将60只家兔随机分为空白组、阿托品组、足三里(足阳明经)、阳陵泉(足少阳经)、四白组(足阳明经)、承筋组(足太阳经)组.除空白组外,各组均静滴阿托品造成平滑肌抑制状态,与此同时足三里、阳陵泉、四白、承筋组分别电针足三里、阳陵泉、四白及承筋穴20 min.实验结束后取胃窦平滑肌及0ddi括约肌组织,采用RT-PCR方法测上述组织内缩胆囊素A受体基因(CCKA-R-mRNA)表达.结果:电针足阳明及足少阳经穴均能上调胃窦及Oddi括约肌组织中CCKA-R-mRNA的表达.对胃窦平滑肌组织...
