目的:研究隔药饼灸对高脂血症兔血浆前列环素(PGI2)和血栓素A2(TXA2)的影响,初步阐明隔药饼灸用于治疗高脂血症的作用机制.方法:用胆固醇高脂饮食喂养法,建立兔高脂血症模型.运用隔药饼灸进行治疗.采用放射免疫法测定治疗后血浆前列环素(PGI2)、血栓素A2(TXA2).结果:隔药饼灸组PGI2含量[(1 214.35±407.14)ng/L]显著高于模型组[(676.61±364.87)ng/L](P＜0.05),TXA2含量[(270.06±124.23)ng/L]明显低于模型组[(464.51±122.70)ng/L](P＜0.05),TXA2/PGI2比值较模型组显著下降(分别为0.24±0.14,0.84±0.38,P＜0.01);隔药饼灸组PGI2,TXA2含量及TXA2/PGI2比值与直接灸组[分别为(1 161.73±398.91),...

Aim: To study the influence of moxibustion with medicinal cake on the prostacyclin (PGI2) and thromboxane A2(TXA2) in plasma of rabbits with hyperlipemia, and preliminarily clarify the mechanism of moxibustion with medicinal cake in treating hyperlipemia.
