背景:针刺对经络(穴位)内能量代谢规律及特征的影响目前尚处于起步阶段.目的:观察电针对家兔足阳明经穴内组织氧分压的影响.设计:随机自身对照、相互对照实验研究.地点和对象:研究在湖南中医学院针灸经络研究所完成.对象选用新西兰大耳白兔,体质量2.0～2.5kg,雌雄兼用.干预:对家兔足阳明经穴位梁门、天枢、足三里、解溪4穴及相应穴位左、右各旁开1 cm对照线(点)共3组12个穴点进行电针处理.主要观察指标:动态观察上述12个穴点在电针前后组织PO2的变化情况.结果:电针家兔足阳明经上述各穴点后,其针后即刻与针前、针后15 min与针前比较组织PO2值均明显降低(t(8)＞2.365或3.499,P＜0.05或0.01);而绝...
