目的:观察安心定悸汤结合西药治疗快速性心律失常的疗效和安全性,并与单纯西药治疗比较.方法:选择湖南中医药大学第二附属医院2004-04/2006-04收治的快速性心律失常患者90例,采用数字表法,按2:1比例随机分为两组:①对照组30例,给予普罗帕酮,150 mg/次,隔8 h服用1次,连续服用2个月.②治疗组60例:在对照组基础上加服安心定悸汤(丹参15 g,当归15 g,黄芪30 g,党参30 g,麦冬10 g,五味子10 g,栝楼20 g,薤白12 g,半夏12 g,桂枝10 g),每日一剂,分早晚温服,连续服用2个月.用药前后各做一次心电图和24 h Holter检查,检测血液流变学,评估临床症状积分(症状越重评分越高)和疗效,并监测心率、血压及药物不良反...

Aim: To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Anxin Dingji Tang combined with the western medicine on tachyar rhythmia, and compare with western medicine only.
