目的:通过测定胃窦平滑肌细胞内信使物质钙离子浓度及三磷酸肌醇、环磷酸腺苷含量的变化,探讨针刺足阳明经穴对胃窦平滑肌细胞内信息转导通路的影响.方法:实验于2003-06/2004-05在湖南中医学院针灸基础实验室完成.选用清洁级健康成年新西兰大耳白兔55只,随机分为5组,每组11只.①生理盐水组耳缘静脉滴注9g/L氯化钠溶液.②阿托品组耳缘静脉滴注0.25 mg/L阿托品.③电针足阳明经穴组、电针足少阳经穴组和电针足太阳经穴组均在滴注阿托品总量的一半时,分别电针双侧足阳明经穴、足少阳经穴、足太阳经穴30 min.各组分别处理后,分离胃窦平滑肌细胞,制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液;测定胞内钙离子浓度采用荧...
