目的:对比观察艾灸或针刺膈俞穴以及常规西药治疗对环磷酰胺所致骨髓造血抑制大鼠巨噬细胞诱生粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子的能力.方法:实验于2004-06/2005-12在贵阳中医学院完成.①实验材料:选取普通级Wistar大鼠60只,白细胞值(3.0～15.0)×10~9L~(-1),随机数字表法分为6组:空白组、模型组、西药组、针刺组、艾灸组、非穴位组,10只/组.②实验方法:除空白组外,其余5组均建立白细胞减少症低免疫力动物模型,以环磷酰胺40 mg/kg腹腔注射,1次/d,连续5 d,白细胞数值较长时间维持在1 50～2.95×10~9L~(-1)水平为造模成功.西药组大鼠按每100 g体质量给予2.1 g/L利血生水溶液1 mL灌胃,自造模结束后第1天...
