目的:研究血脂变化在冠心病痰瘀辨证中的作用。方法:采取Meta分析的方法对相关文献中冠心病"痰浊证"、"血瘀证"患者和"正常对照者"血脂含量进行综合分析。结果:冠心病患者TC含量血瘀证组比正常对照组高1.644—0.776倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组高2.708—0.331倍标准差;TG含量血瘀证组比正常对照组高1.219—0.332倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组高1.329—0.536倍标准差

Objective： to study the functions of the alternation of blood fat in phlegm Stasis Syndrome of coronary heart disease.
